...Well, I was talking to Mr. Gale about it. He's a scholar - the sort of person that utilizes magic for combat. Most people in Orsterra do, even I do too... but, he said that he's not able to access his magic at all. And I asked a few other people, and they said the same about their own types of magic as well.
