Kanda can be found outside! He's probably quietly meditating by the water, a sheathed sword resting by his side. At the right angle, she'll be able to see the number 2 on his chest, over his heart! It shows through his normal clothes.
She can approach if she wants, or she can just vibe until he opens his eyes, whichever!! Unfortunately she will have to talk to him first but he has no reason not to respond (yet) so there's that. We can work with that!!]

week 1, monday
well. for starters, if he's on the island he will just hear screaming, followed by nina RUNNING from the trees. there's a swarm of bees behind her and she's dropping fruit as she runs. ]

I rolled in the hopes of him getting attacked by these bees but I rolled a TRAGIC 19, which means he gets to dodge and be cool... at the sound of screaming he immediately unsheathes his sword, and I. well. This is unfortunately not the first time he's cut down a swarm of bugs, even though that's ridiculous, but we're working on animal crossing rules which means that they can count as one bee blob that he can cut down once she's past.]

you have your next target. a pompous old rich man who has done nothing but cause problems, making the life of poorer citizens a living hell. he's evil, in your eyes, and his dealings must be addressed. you get the group together and set out.

But honestly that part flies over his head because he's an idiot... the rest, he just takes in with a passive neutrality. If anything, he's mostly just glad this doesn't seem to be overwhelmingly traumatic--he isn't at all the right person to provide comfort for those sorts of memories. What Kanda offers is a silent presence and no pushy questions, so even though he files away what he's seen, it's unlikely he'll ask for any details or bring it up again in the future.
So mostly, when it ends, he just looks to her to make sure she isn't like. Crumpled on the floor out of pained nostalgia or something.]

well she is not crumpled on the floor over the cringe, though she does look tired from seeing it. probably because it's tuesday, so it's likely not the first time she's had to relive it and had someone else see it. so she just sighs. ]

Where is the girl!! Kanda can typically be found at the dojo in the mornings, but otherwise he's carefully exploring the new places. He's staying far away from any lab-like areas, but at least Eden is okay. He's not a tea garden type of person, but he does like green tea, so he'll stay for a cup.]

there's tons of plants here, so she's just checking out the flowers and taking in the familiar sight. she turns to wave at kanda! ]
It's a bit weird to see this place here, considering the last time I was here was before I died. [ she's still getting used to all the old living locations being here. ] The tea garden was where I stayed, before it all happened.

she is at just cats! getting some kitten therapy, it's very affective.
her wounds look better! her skin is no longer burnt to a crisp and her big side wound is no longer bleeding. she's got some sick lichtenberg scars though, he can see the peeking out of her shirt collar. her fit is comfy... ]
