[ Over by the pyre, there is a second, smaller, darker stream of smoke rising up into the air...

And beneath that, Kate can be found standing by the bulletin board, looking at these two posters. The smoke is coming, of course, from her head, as she gazes silently at them. ]

[puts Kate on a high shelf NO DEATH THIS IS MY DAUGHTER

Kanda and Lavi were definitely out of the house immediately, so he's probably on his way back; he'll stop with her, looking at the posters with a serious expression.]

Has anyone found them?

I don't know. I haven't seen any sign of them. Or those crows.

Death... Could it be that the cult found out they were talking to us?

Maybe. They made it clear we're always being watched.

But judging by the rest of this place, they would've made it a bigger spectacle.

I don't know for sure. It's hard to say when we haven't met the rest of them.

I wonder if the posters are meant as a warning to the rest of us.

...They seem too vague for that. But I don't know who else would draw them, or why.

[He doesn't know what a movie poster is so he really just thinks someone handpainted these things like a freak]
