Kanda will find himself on a street at sunset. He knows this:
Riko is dead. And the curse on the ground in front of you means that Toji, her executioner, is too.
Except that isn't possible, because Toji killed Satoru, and there isn't anyone left alive who could kill him so quickly after Riko's death. So you run, heading toward the organization responsible for her death for answers, and there—Satoru is alive, surrounded by a room full of non-sorcerers celebrating the death of a 14-year old girl. ]
Normally, Kanda would be content to let Geto's memory pass without comment--his business is his own, after all, regardless of what thoughts or feelings Kanda might have about it. But one thing in particular jumps out at him here, and he can't help asking, once it ends:]
But this makes sense to him, and it also establishes that Geto and Gojou apparently weren't part of the cult themselves, so. That's okay then. Rather--it's not his business, and probably not relevant to anything that's happening here.
He sighs.]
I don't like that we can't get to them. [Like, yeah, they're all nerfed, that's a problem--but to Kanda, the bigger problem is being stuck in one spot and forced to wait around.]
[Spoon I'm ngl I was going to tag this back now that I'm excavating my inbox but then I saw it's a Week 2 thread so let's just say they commiserated and it was great]

Anyway now that that's out of the way]
Noah aren't the same as Akuma. They're the ones that control them. [...] Don't ask me why that idiot is one of them. He doesn't know either.

[ "Noah"?? ]

He wants to stay himself.

How're you helping with that?

That brat won't say anything, so I'm not.

Another cult...?

Yeah, weird coincidence. [ lol ] They're probably less dangerous than this one, at least.

They killed a girl.
[States the obvious
He's not necessarily disagreeing since one person is very different from 40, but he wants to establish what Geto's metrics for "dangerous" are]

Anyway, his gaze is off to the side as he thinks about Riko. ]
Yeah. But we could've wiped them all out if we wanted. Not as easy to do that here.

[ His brows furrow, looking frustrated. ]
Or how hard it is to learn anything. I still don't know if we have any details about the ritual or how to stop it.
