Kanda's immediately changing back into his normal clothes as soon as they get their stuff!! He's got a second long coat over the first one and his hair tied up in a ponytail. He also has his sword, which is unsheathed as he studies it, checking for damage.

He didn't mind talking to Cloud yesterday, so he glances over when he sees him and nods.]

Hilariously Cloud's sword is probably the same size as Allen's so he doesn't even notice it at first, but then he abruptly seems to register it and he stares blatantly at it like he's wondering how it even fit inside a box]
