He actually shrugs his Exorcist coat off for once as well, so he can sit more comfortably--he keeps his long arm protectors on, but if she's looking she'll probably catch a glimpse of partially covered, gnarly-looking marks on his arms as he folds himself into typical meditation pose. Those are probably fine.
Otherwise he's just gonna sit and meditate quietly; she's free to join him, or not. Whatever works.]

i don't think she Really knows how to meditate but i do think what she actually does just sitting in the quiet is a pretty close thing to it.
